Terms & Conditions.
Travel costs are not included in prices. Depending on the location(s) we'll agree with client about travel means, costs and per diem (if +2 hrs.)
Our drone is a GPS equiped cuadrocopter with HD video (up to 2704 x 1524 Pix) Photography 4000x3000 Pix..
For aerial filming, about 20 min. of setup is required at location. For more than +/- 34 min. of aerial filming, batteries will need to be charged at a safe and dry location provided with 120v. electricity. Four batteries are brought charged, and for each one there's an aproximate flight time of 8 to 12 min. depending on hight, airpressure and wind conditions. We do not fly in heavy wind or rainy weather conditions, nor above very crowded areas, or near electrical installations such as high voltage cables.. Responsability for privacy and rights of people, locations or objects to be filmed are covered by client. Location(s) need to be clearly defined by client on fore-hand. Camon film & transmedia has the right to judge and/or cancel a shoot on location. 50% of day rate will be charged to client if shoot is cancelled on location. Camon film & transmedia reserves the right to use short fragments of video for it's presentation reel. For these basic productions packages our delivery will be done by mail and/or over the internet. If personal delivery and/or presentation is requiered, additional costs may be charged. These basic conditions shall be signed in an agreement by client and contracter.
